Moran Aged Care

Dowse Projects has been providing Moran Aged Care with Project Management services for the development of a new 150 Retirement Aged Care Facility at the University of Canberra in Bruce.

The facility has been designed to provide a range of options including a secure, dementia specific level and 30 Rooms for ACT Health Step Down usage as well as shared spaces for University of Canberra staff, a Gym and Pain Management Clinic, Day Care Facility and Parking on site.
