John Dowse and the core group of senior staff have worked together for 10-15 years and have been providing higher level project consulting services for in excess of 20 years.

Our team has been carefully selected with individuals chosen for their expertise and proven ability to deliver a diverse range of projects.

We currently employ a team that has a property development, construction, fitout, refurbishment and a broad base property consulting focus with related skills in architectural and interior design, structural engineering, commercial leasing and financial management.
