Dowse Projects provided Project Management services on behalf of Goodwin Aged Care for the delivery of The Central, a $49 million retirement living precinct in the award-winning master planned community of Crace.
The development comprises a broad range of residential options, including 135 apartments and townhouses from one to three bedrooms, along with a clubhouse and commercial and retail facilities. Delivered in two stages by PBS Building and Manteena, this superior-quality development was completed in 2018.
Acting as Goodwin’s representative, Dowse Projects managed the successful delivery of The Central, which was awarded winner of the 2019 Property Council of Australia Award – Retirement Living.
