Dowse Projects were engaged by Goodwin Aged Care to undertake the project management of The Central, a high-quality $49 million retirement living precinct. The Central was recently awarded winner of the 2019 Property Council of Australia Awards – Retirement Living.
The development incorporates a broad range of residential options including 135 apartments and townhouses from 1-3 bedrooms as well as a Clubhouse and Commercial and Retail facilities.
Delivered in two stages by PBS and Manteena, this superior quality development was completed in 2018.
