Farrer Village – Goodwin

Dowse Projects acted as Project Manager and Superintendent on behalf of Goodwin Aged Care for the redevelopment of their Farrer Village site.

The development delivered an updated, high-quality seniors’ living environment, offering a diverse range of living options for residents with a focus on ageing in place. It included residential aged care specialising in dementia, palliative and bariatric care, a new Clubhouse, 54 Independent Living Units, a men’s shed, and all supporting amenities.

Acting as Goodwin’s representative, Dowse Projects managed all aspects of project delivery, supporting the successful redevelopment of this significant seniors’ living community.
