East Precinct & National Service Memorial

The East Precinct and National Service Memorial development provided an upgrade and improved quality café, 200 space underground car park, coach parking and formal landscape area for visitors to AWM. Our involvement with this project commenced at the engaging of all design services, project approval including facilitating PWC and NCA approval and progressed through the tender and procurement of the Construction Manager to the final commissioning and defecting of the building / development.

This development was delivered under a Lump Sum form of contract, administered and delivered on time and on budget.
