15 – 27 Wreckyn Street, North Melbourne is a purpose-built student accommodation development detailing a variety of façade finishes and heights throughout the design utilising the street frontage and rear lane access way.

All 411 apartments include an ensuite and kitchenette for in-room self-catering with the option of a studio apartment, studio plus courtyard, adaptable apartment or multi-share apartments dispersed across the floors and wings.

Residents have access and use of a range of shared facilities including a gym, music room, meeting and study spaces, tv rooms and lounges, internal common areas, roof top terraces and courtyard garden. This project is due for delivery in July 2019 for commencement of semester 2 of the Academic Year.
