Cooper Lodge provides University of Canberra students with high quality, affordable housing on campus with a collegiate lifestyle. The project compliments the existing 1,420 bed accommodation on campus and brings the on campus resident population to 1,916 students.

The ground level includes tenancy space and open public paved and landscaped areas connecting the accommodation to the Concourse, all designed with the Campus Character Plan and includes integrated artwork.

Cooper Lodge provides 417 student beds in 297 apartments in a range of single occupant studios and multi-bedroom shared apartments, some of which are accessible, to cater for a variety of student preferences.
