The Ambassador Apartment

The Ambassador Apartment development consists of 114 luxury apartments in four separate buildings raging from five to seven storeys in height above a single level central basement carpark. A fifth single story main entry building includes dining and lounge facilities for resident’s amenity.

Our staff were engaged by the Developer CIC Australia Limited to assist in the select tendering process and engagement of Head Contractor under a Lump Sum Construction Contract. Our role continued throughout the construction period as Superintendent and Administration of the contract.
