Ivory Apartments

Ivory Apartments is an exclusive development of 20 apartments located a short stroll from one of Sydney’s iconic beaches. The project comprised two 2 storey buildings over a single split-level basement car park. Apartments ranged in size from 140m² to 250m², with a variety of outdoor spaces including courtyards, balconies and extensive gardens, providing a selection of lifestyle and size.

The project has delivered high quality living environments, internally and externally, in a prestigious location on the northern beaches, for a project value of some $13 million. Dowse Projects were involved in the initial design development, management of the tender of this project through to Superintendence of the Design and Construction Contract.
