Meyer Vandenberg Fitout

Dowse Projects were engaged by Meyer Vandenberg Lawyers to assist them with the design and project management, tendering, and superintendence of their new accommodation in 121 Marcus Clarke Street.

Various workplace models were investigated but it was determined that it was important to ensure that visual and audible privacy was maintained in the new design. The fitout also incorporates a dramatic and sophisticated reception space with a series of meeting rooms located behind. Centralised library and staff breakout spaces are located close to the main open plan workspace and support spaces.

Construction on the 2,500m² fitout took place over 14 weeks, and was delivered 11% below the original project budget.
