The Garangula Gallery was commissioned to house the client’s extensive collection of indigenous art as well as to provide a location for major private entertainment events.
Dowse Projects role included design management, tendering for the head contract and superintending the construction works.
The project was completed in August 2013 at a cost of $30 million.
The project was a national award winner for both the RAIA and MBA Awards 2014.
