SA5 sited within the ANU campus on the corners of Dickson Road and Daley Road includes 500 beds in a college format with individual student bedrooms and shared amenities; bathrooms, cooking, dining, lounging, study and other recreational facilities. 

There are also facilities shared with the whole university cohort, including a library and study space, a gathering hall, reception and café, and associated landscaped areas. 

The Dowse Projects team was responsible for all aspects of development and project management with the scope of works including assistance in site selection, design of the builder, internal and external stakeholder consultation, superintendency, handover, and defects management.

Construction was successfully completed in February 2017.
