Sitting proudly in the Melbourne CBD skylight, this 52-storey tower is another quality addition to the Cedar Pacific student accommodation portfolio.
The building comprises over 900 beds from studio to multi-share bedroom configurations, and features 180 bike spaces and two levels of commercial space … not to mention unparalleled views from the dining hall on Level 51.
Designed by Nettleton Tribe, the IPSG team was engaged after construction commencement to project manage the remaining design documentation, construction and defects liability phases.
From the outset, robust and collaborative stakeholder relationships have been established, which are fundamental to the ongoing success in project delivery and achieving the project performance requirements.
Despite the challenges presented by COViD-19, the tower ‘topped out’ in mid-September 2020 and is due for completion in early 2021.
