Farrer Village

Goodwin Aged Care are undertaking a significant redevelopment of their site in Farrer which will create an updated high-quality seniors’ environment which will offer a diverse range of living options for residents with a focus on ageing in place.

The development included residential aged care which will specialise in dementia, palliative and bariatric care, a new Clubhouse, 54 Independent Living Units, a men’s’ shed, and all required supporting amenities.

Dowse have acted as Project Advisor, Project Manager and Superintendent for this development.
