Atria Apartments

Overlooking the suburb’s original Green Square, the $72M mixed use development in Kingston reached practical completion in September 2020.

Project Manager Sue Dove led the team to provide project management and superintendence services for the Atria development, on behalf of our clients Peet Limited and KG Capitol.

The boutique village precinct built by Construction Control, includes a ground floor level with a 3,500m²  supermarket and 1,200m² of specialty retailers with 407 retail basement car parking spots.

The Atria apartments include 142 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments on the upper levels with their own private, podium parking level on the first floor of the development.
