Last month one of our student accommodation projects with Cedar Pacific, ICON and Nettletontribe in the heart of the Melbourne CBD reached another major milestone, topping out of the Structure.
Located on Latrobe St, a short walk from Melbourne Central and the Queen Victoria Markets, the 46 Story tower will become home to 714 Students in 2023. We look forward to sharing more images of the exciting fit out as it nears completion in the back end of this year.
