Who we are
Since 2010 Dowse Projects has been working to service our strategic, long-term and new clients, with a focus on open communication and achieving project performance requirements.
We approach our client relationships as a partnership in which we aspire to add value to the success and feasibility of all property and construction projects. One of our core values is to only provide a service if it will add genuine value to a project and clients choose to work with us for our in depth experience and market knowledge, trusting that our approach will save money and lead to the best quality build result.
With every assignment, we seek to identify the unique needs, aspirations and objectives of all the stakeholders in the project process; principals, investors, the community and the users of the built environments that we help to create.
Our Team
Dowse Projects hires and retains the best project managers in the industry. Over the past 20 years, John Dowse has brought together a team of extraordinary project managers with a diverse range of industry backgrounds and qualifications in property development, construction, fitout refurbishment, property consulting, architecture, interior design, structural engineering, commercial leasing, and financial management. This capacity is further enhanced through our strategic advisory service and the range of additional consultants on hand to meet client deadlines and deliverables.
The team thrives on meeting and exceeding client expectations with expertise in delivering client-side project management, consultant and contractor procurement, cost management, stakeholder and information management, multi-disciplined design management along with architectural and engineering services, project definition, cost management, and all other project-related elements.
We have a culture that supports robust interrogation of a broad range of ideas and innovations and always look to excel in project delivery.
Our Experience
Our key staff have extensive experience and capacity across a diverse portfolio of projects and can demonstrate an enviable track record as Development Managers, Project Managers, Project Advisors, Superintendent and Construction Managers, working with property owners and developers as well as the Commonwealth, State, Local and Regional Government agencies in delivering specific projects that demonstrate our nominated team’s experience and track record.

Developing Indigenous Capacity
Dowse Projects is firmly committed to investing in and supporting the growth of the Indigenous business sector, which is a vital part of Australia’s economic future.
In 2020 we formalised our Reconciliation Action Plan and established a collaboration agreement with Proton Dynamics; a Supply Nation registered business. As part of this collaboration, we ensure that both Indigenous businesses have free access to office working spaces along with marketing, administrative, financial, and digital support services. Our experienced team also provides capacity in bid proposals and the delivery of business services, on a needs basis.
