Situated on the northern fringe of the Melbourne CBD 123 – 135 Bouverie Street, Carton will incorporate the restoration and reuse of an existing heritage building into the construction of a purpose-built self- catered student accommodation facility.

This 13-storey building includes four levels of multi-purpose shared amenities distributed throughout the building providing students with a large communal kitchen and dining room, a variety of study spaces, recreation areas including lounges, tv rooms, roof top terrace and a gym.

The 578 student accommodation rooms comprise of single occupant and multi-share apartments with both ensuite and shared facilities on offer.

This project is due for delivery in July 2019 for commencement of semester 2 of the Academic Year.
