Dowse Projects is providing Project Management and Superintendence services for the $65 million Stage 2 expansion of RSL LifeCare’s St Quentin Place retirement village in Kaleen.

Now under construction, Stage 2 will deliver 83 contemporary independent living homes, comprising 72 apartments and 11 townhouses. The development also includes under croft and podium parking, a new community hub, landscaped communal spaces and resident amenities, enhancing the lifestyle offering within the existing retirement village.

The project is being delivered to support the growing demand for high quality independent living accommodation in Canberra and is expected to be completed in early 2028.
