This 342 apartment development was delivered under a design and construct arrangement, project managed by some of our staff. It has a project value of $130m and covers an entire city block comprising a cluster of eight interconnected buildings. In the centre of the development, landscaped laneways bordered by ‘The Mews’ apartments create a delightful urban atmosphere.
