Malabar Apartments is located on Cape Street Dickson. It is a development of 224 Apartments, with commercial premises at ground level. With 224 dwellings over 6 storeys, with attic style units at the top level, the complex has two separate street addresses.

Facilities within the development including a roof top swimming pool, a gymnasium and a theatre room. The U-shaped building wraps around a large central landscaped podium. The project provides a variety of residential living located in the bustling Dickson “China Town” precinct and close to the new Light Rail Network. At a construction value of $60M the project was delivered on budget and on time in August 2018.
