Cedar Pacific’s new student accommodation project on Anzac Parade, Kensington has kicked off with our project team Tim Pryor, Rohan McLachlan and Greg Carmody currently working through the planning phases. The proposed UniLodge Australis operated accommodation in Sydney is planned to include 671 student beds with a diverse mix of shared apartments and self-contained studios, as well as retail to ground floor.
Targeted completion 2023.
