Cedar Pacific’s new 45 storey purpose-built student accommodation tower on Latrobe Street, Melbourne is powering ahead, with the site excavation now complete and crane installed.
The construction is on schedule to be completed and operationally ready for commencement by Semester 1 2023. Accommodation offerings will include self-contained rooms of varying sizes, some of which are multi-bed or accessible, to suit a variety of student living preferences and budget price points.
