Built on a perpendicular axis, the 87 luxury apartments by Addval Developments, offer unobstructed views of the iconic Australian Parliament House and St. Andrews Presbyterian Church. Each apartment has been meticulously finished with state-of-the-art appliances, premium finishes, and, comes with its own climate controlled private wine cellar.
