Great to see the 17-21 Wills Street site come alive, with construction commencing on 580 student accommodation apartments in Melbourne.
Located in one of the last remnants of red bricked building neighbourhoods within the CBD, the built form will consist of an existing heritage façade, transparent podium waist showcasing student activities, a 37 storey tower and roof. (Artist impressions shown below)
We now look forward to providing project management and superintendency services, with completion targeted for the start of the 2023 academic year.
